Three-Year Professional Development Seminar
Our three-year Professional Development Seminar—a course dedicated to mastering career fundamentals—is part of every student’s experience, as is LEAD 120, our interactive introduction to leadership practice. Both are part of our full suite of professional development offerings and the full Emerging Leaders Program, an immersive co-curricular experience designed to build the professional presence to set students apart.
Career and Professional Development Center
Nichols College Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) offers personalized career coaching, third-party web resources, interview practice, alumni networking opportunities, an annual Career and Internship Fair and employer connections throughout New England and beyond—even help with interview attire.
Beyond the Classroom
Hands-on, experiential learning is a cornerstone of a Nichols education. Students are asked to solve real problems, not just complete classroom exercises. From internships to research, experiential and consulting projects to student-run opportunities, students connect theory with practice.
