Application Requirements for First-Year Students

Our first-year admissions requirements are designed to give us a complete picture of your academic achievements, personal strengths, and future goals. Whether you’re a high school senior or a recent graduate, you’ll find the application process straightforward and supportive.

Applying is simple. Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

  • Application via the Common App
  • Official high school transcript
  • One letter of recommendation, preferably from a guidance counselor or teacher
  • Essay / personal statement
  • TOEFL/IELTS: Required for international students.

Nichols is test optional. If you would like us to consider your SAT/ACT scores, our SAT CEEB code is 3666 and our ACT code is 1878.
