Undergraduate Online Education Tuition
Undergraduate Online Course Rate1: $440 per credit2
Active Military and Veteran Course Rate1: $250 per credit2
As an undergraduate online education student, you have the added flexibility of enrolling in Nichols day courses, under the following guidelines:
- 2025/2026 Undergraduate Online (UGO) students may register for the 1-day course at $440 per credit. The UGO advisor must approve additional classes.
- If you receive financial aid, please alert the Financial Aid Department to the increased tuition and fees incurred by day courses. This may affect your financial aid eligibility.
Our Financial Aid Office is committed to help you with loans, financing and scholarships as needed. We require only one financial aid form, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We use this information to determine your annual eligibility for federal and state need-based financial aid. The school code is 002197.

For First Responders
In recognition of the importance of our First Responders, Nichols College is proud to offer a 20% discount on tuition costs for police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians enrolling in undergraduate online or graduate programs.
For Senior Citizens
To promote lifelong learning, Nichols College offers a 15% discount on tuition costs for students 65 years and over who enroll in undergraduate online education program courses.
For Chamber of Commerce Members
To support our local business community, Nichols College will offer a 10% discount to all Chamber of Commerce members enrolling in undergraduate evening or graduate degree programs.
A mandatory fee of $200 per degree earned will be charged to all students certified for graduation, regardless of whether or not the student participates in the commencement ceremony.

Credit for Prior Learning
Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) is a tool to help you finish your degree faster. You can use CPL to have your college-level learning recognized by Nichols College and officially counted toward your bachelor’s degree. Earn up to 45 credits for your professional work experience, including workplace training, military service, professional certifications, and volunteer activities.
In our CPL program, you’ll work with an advisor to build a portfolio that details all the valuable work you’ve done throughout your life and how it directly applies to your college courses. CPL is a great way to apply your real-world learning to your degree path, making it faster, easier and more affordable to earn your bachelor’s degree. Our CPL team can identify which college credits you may already have work experience in and help you stay organized so the process is smooth and straightforward.
