We honor Colonel James L Conrad Sr., former presid

We honor Colonel James L Conrad Sr., former president of Nichols College, with our building that shares his namesake and through our Challenge Coins. The back of our Challenge Coin features Conrad’s name, his years in the service, and his time serving as president of our institution! Under Colonel Conrad’s leadership, Nichols College became the first educational institution in the country to become officially affiliated with Quartermaster Corps of the U.S. Army. We honor President Conrad for his service to his Nation, where he served as a reserve office in the Quartermaster Corps of the U.S. Army. President Conrad embodied the true meaning of ‘Selfless-Service’ that everyone should try to emulate. The Nichols College Challenge Coin, designed this year, honors President Conrad for his excellence and contributions to the advancement of Nichols College. ✨ How are Challenge Coins attained? Military and first responder organizations use challenge coins to recognize people for excellence. The practice of developing & presenting challenge coins has transcended into public, private, corporate, and non-profit organizations. These coins are not for sale. Challenge coins are highly coveted because they denote that a person of authority within an organization has praised you for going above and beyond your duties. ✨ #NicholsCollege #ChallengeCoin #Military #PresidentConrad #USArmy
