Heather Richards brings 20 years of varied industry and life experiences to the classroom. From childcare to pharmaceuticals to higher education, Richards has always been passionate about the implications of sociology and psychology to industry and leadership. A leader and advocate within her local community, Richards focuses her research, teaching style and classroom design on helping students realize their own leadership potential. She believes that leading with social presence and authenticity in the classroom is critical to fostering leadership development.
