Luanne Westerling

As a business professional with a broad range of business and communications consulting experience, Professor Luanne Westerling knows what it takes to succeed in the business world. Prior to beginning her teaching career, she worked in the training and development field delivering communication based training to employees at all levels of an organization. She has taken that experience and used it to enhance Nichols Business Communication program by offering new courses and increased internship opportunities.

Professor Westerling says that the best part of her teaching experience is meeting students, developing relationships with them, and watching them change over the time she is able to spend with them at Nichols. She considers it rewarding to consider many of them friends at the end of four years.
