Arthur McGovern
Dr. McGovern is a research psychologist by training and is interested in issues relating to learning and development. His current research project explores the functions of culture for the perpetuation and development of society, and how those functions are being, perhaps dangerously, altered.
Hobbies
In his free time, he likes to travel, read, and play jazz guitar. He also appreciates good food, good wine, and the arts, whenever possible.
