Professor Fleming brings significant teaching experience and extensive auditing and information systems into her classes at Nichols. Her primary industry experience took place at National Grid where she held positions in Information Services, Financial Forecasting, Accounting and Auditing. In her position as a Manager of Human Resource Systems, she was involved the development and implementation of a global Salary Planning application to handle both US and UK employees. Prior to her employment at National Grid, she worked in both public and private accounting firms as an auditor.
