Our students are well prepared for career success. At Nichols, each student is taught real life skills needed for the professional world through the Professional Development Seminar (PDS) Program. This is a series of required, one-credit courses where students learn many aspects of professional life as they develop the tools and skills needed to become successful in a variety of fields.
The PDS Program also requires students to develop a personal portfolio documenting the skills gained in their four years at Nichols. Portfolio development produces students who are well versed in professional topics and the result is a confident, qualified candidate prepared for the professional world.
