On-Campus Recruiting Policies

In order to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) Program offered through the Nichols College Office of Career Services, recruiters must have acknowledgment of and abide by the following policies:

On-Campus Interviews

Select a date to visit and spend a day on campus interviewing our students for internships or full time positions. Recruiting visits typically begin in October and continue throughout the academic year. We suggest a minimum of two weeks advance notice to schedule a visit. You may pre-select students to interview by reviewing resumes of interested students prior to your visit. Interviews generally are held between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm and are typically 30-45 minutes long. Join us for a complimentary lunch on your recruiting day too!

Information Sessions and Tables

We will secure a location on the Nichols campus so that you may distribute literature about your company, as well as meet with our students by selecting a date and time that is convenient for you. Information Sessions and/or Tables typically begin in October and run throughout the academic year. Please let us know three weeks in advance if you would like to schedule a date to visit our campus. If needed, The Office of Career Services will also arrange for the use of audio-visual equipment. Just let us know!
