Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) Interim Dean, Dawn Sherman, invited the Nichols College campus to an Open House on June 22nd to give feedback on promotional ideas pitched by five advertising agencies. Davis Advertising’s campaign, entitled: “Nichols. For What’s Next,” was the hands-down favorite.
“We are working hard to grow our numbers,” says Sherman, “and believe the Davis agency will be a great partner.” Davis Advertising, located in Central Massachusetts, is the area’s largest, locally-owned and managed advertising agency founded in 1948.
The Davis campaign will show the value of a Nichols education. “There will be a new billboard off Route 290 in downtown Worcester the week of August 1st,” says Rayanne Drouin, director of Enrollment & Marketing. “The billboard is just one part of an integrated media campaign, which includes: online, social media, print ads, radio and television.
GPS is moving ahead at a breakneck speed. Over 300 GPS courses are taught in three semesters yearly, either online or at locations which include Nichols main campus in Dudley and at locations in Worcester and Devens, Mass.“Growth with Academic Integrity,” is our new tagline states Sherman, who is now meeting with executives at a multitude of Central Massachusetts companies about fulfilling the educational needs of their employees.
