Get a head start on your first year at Nichols by attending a New Student Orientation session. We ask that all new students attend an overnight orientation so that you are well prepared for the adjustment to your new life at Nichols. Once accepted, you’ll receive an orientation packet that explains how to arrange your visit.
You’ll meet other members of your class, register for your fall course load and get to know some of our faculty, staff, administration and students. You’ll learn about academic life, student organizations, athletics and the resources you’ll find here on campus.
For one night, you’ll stay in Shamie Hall in a triple occupancy room. Staying overnight is required, even if you plan to commute to Nichols. It’s a great opportunity to experience campus life, get to know your future classmates and check out where you, or your friends, might soon be living.
