Nichols College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, a non-governmental, nationally recognized organization.

Nichols College has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE), located in Lenexa, Kansas, USA. The business programs in the following degrees are accredited by the IACBE:

Nichols College Earns Top Score in National Survey

Nichols College ranks among top colleges in the 2010 National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) released by The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, showing superior marks in the level of academic challenge, active and collaborative learning, and student-faculty interaction.

Every year NSSE asks fourth-year students at hundreds of colleges and universities to reflect on the time they devote to various learning activities to determine student success in college. Nichols scored higher in key categories than the average of 13 of its peer colleges and higher than the NSSE 2010 average.
