All Nichols College students and alumni get access to Road to Success, our recruitment and job search website. This resource was developed to help our students and alumni connect with great opportunities by enabling them to:

  • Maintain an online Personal Calendar
  • Manage multiple resumes, cover letters, and other employment related documents

  • Schedule on-campus interviews

Nichols College participates in the federal Call to Serve program, a joint effort of the Partnership for Public Service and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Our goal is to educate students about the need for a strong civil service and provide key information about federal jobs.
