Administrative Action
Members of the Public Safety and Housing and Residential Life staffs are charged with maintaining environments conducive to living and learning. Staff members may take immediate action in response to a given situation. The instructions of a staff member acting in the fulfillment of his or her duties are to be followed. Failure to heed these instructions is a serious breach of the Nichols College Student Code of Conduct and will result in disciplinary action.
