Budleigh Hall was built in 1932, renovated in 1972 and was renovated a third time and rededicated during Homecoming 2002. During this ceremony, alumni, students and staff were able to tour the renovated building.

Situated just behind the Athletic Center, it is a co-ed building by floor with common bathrooms on each floor.  Budleigh Hall includes the majority of singles on campus, doubles, a designed triple and a designed quad.

It has accommodations for 90 students, with a large lounge and was once the home of the Nichols Fire Department office.  It also houses a Resident Director apartment.
