Online Course Registration
To register for a Nichols Online course, each student must complete and submit a Registration Form, along with payment information, to the Office of the Registrar. The registration process can be completed electronically, in person, by fax, or by mail. Please click here for detailed information on the registration process.
All online undergraduate courses (except Mgmt 485) allow students an extended period of time in which to register. You may register up until the end of the 8th week of the semester (5th week for summer session). The end of the semester date is the same for everyone regardless of the date you register for a course.
For example, in the fall semester, students may register for extended enrollment courses up to Mid-October, however, all students must complete the course requirements by the published end of semester deadline. Extended registration provides additional flexibility for students who are committed to degree completion but requires students to self-pace the work load to meet established deadlines.
Extended Enrollment Registration Deadlines Summer Semester 2006 June 23, 2006
Fall Semester 2006 Continuous Enrollment
Spring Semester 2007 Continuous Enrollment
Beginning in the Fall 2006 Semester all undergraduate online courses (except Mgmt 485) will allow students to enroll continuously. This means you can register for any course at any time. The first Monday after the date you register will become your start date for that course. You will then have 15 weeks from that Monday to complete the course requirements. The courses are all self-paced so you will be able to work through them as quickly as you would like or you can take up to 15 weeks to complete the requirements. The choice is YOURS! Our goal is to create an online experience which will allow the student maximum flexibility.
