Currently I am the Assistant Dean for Special Academic Programs at Nichols College. One of my responsibilities is the coordination of the Professional Development Seminar (PDS) Program in the Day Division, a series of 4 courses in career and professional skills which is required of every undergraduate day student. I frequently makes presentations about the program across the country at national and international conferences, and last year accepted a national award in career excellence for the PDS Program. In addition to PDS courses, I teach Psychology, Sociology and Management. My degrees include a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology and a M.S. in Counseling/Student Development. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Hartford.
