Transcripts

 

Per Nichols College Policy, Official transcripts will not be mailed or given to a student, transcripts issued directly to a student will be marked "unofficial" or "issued to student".

All transcript requests for Nichols College, Worcester Junior College, and Central New England College must be made in writing and sent via U.S. Postal mail or brought in to the Office of the Registrar in person. We cannot process requests through a fax or email.

To request your transcripts you must:  
 
1. Send us a letter or forward a "Transcript Request Form" requesting us to release your transcripts.
   
2. Include your full name and any name under which you may have attended, such as maiden name.
   
3. Include the name of the institution you attended with the year, if known.
   
4. Include your social security number, and/or date of birth.
   
5. Provide your true signature, since a transcript is an official document.
   
6. Enclose a check in the amount of $10.00 per copy payable to "Nichols College"
   
7. Include the name and address of the institution or employer to which it is being sent.
