The Information Technology department utilizes a Help Desk software package to simplify the process of users reporting problems with systems or requesting assistance with the use of technology.
To access the help desk system, simply open your Internet browser and go to help.nichols.edu. Then log on with your Nichols email address, which is firstname.lastname@nichols.edu.
The help desk system will automatically email your Nichols email account. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that you regularly check your Nichols email for updates on any opened tickets.
