Windows Vista/IE 7.0 and WebAdvisor

     There is a known issue between Windows Vista/IE 7.0 and WebAdvisor.  If you cannot access your WebAdvisor account using IE, download the Firefox browser.  WebAdvisor will work with Firefox.
