Alternative sources of payment:
Company Reimbursement:
- Nichols College DOES NOT accept company reimbursement forms (exceptions noted below).
- You are required to pay for your courses at the time of registration.
- In most cases, the company will send the reimbursement check to you.
- Should your company send Nichols College a check for a course for which you have already paid, you have two options available to you:
- You may leave the credit on your account to be used towards another course. This will require you to sign the "Hold Funds" form.
- You may request Nichols College to send you a refund.
Nichols College has agreements with the following companies:
- Mass Rehabilitation/ Mass Career Services: Please submit the appropriate state forms PRIOR to registering for courses.
- Military:Please refer to the link on the right labeled "Military Tuition Assistance."
- Verizon: Please submit the Verizon CAEL form with your registration. If registering online then you must fax the form to the Business Office within 24 hours of the registration.
Personal Loans:
- Personal Loans are non-educational loans that are being used to finance the cost of attending Nichols College.
- Examples of personal loans would be a second mortgage, a home equity loan, or personal bank loan.
- Payments from personal loans must be RECEIVED at Nichols College with the appropriate registration.
