Cards Accepted:

Nichols College accepts the following credit cards:

• American Express
• Discover
• MasterCard
• Visa

Statement Stub: 

Credit card information may be listed on the payment stub section of the statement (top third) and mailed to Nichols College.

Credit Card payments may be called in directly to the Business Office. Please have the following information available:

• Student ID number
• Student Name
• Credit Card Number
• Credit Card Expiration Date
• 3 or 4 digit verification number (normally on the back of the credit card)
• Telephone Number and name of person to contact should there be an issue with processing the credit card

Special Note for Debit Cards:

• Debit cards must have one of the accepted credit card logo's on the card for Nichols College to process the payment.
• Debit card payment s are processed as credit cards.
• Many banks have a daily limit on the amount that can be processed on the debit card. If you are making a large payment, please check with your bank regarding any possible daily limits.
