Program Evaluation
Your Program Evalution is an essential tool to assist you in choosing the correct courses to complete your degree. It is a structured course-by-course outline of the progress you have made toward your degree. On it you will find all of the courses which have been applied toward your degree including courses which have been transferred to Nichols, courses you have completed at Nichols, and courses that are still remaining to complete your degree.
In the upper left corner you will find a summary of credits. The summary includes the number of credits required to complete your degree, the number of credits you have earned toward your degree and the number of credits you have remaining.
In addition, your Program Evaluation will also indicate courses that you are currently taking (IP), courses you are pre-registered for (PR), courses that have transferred in (TE), and courses from which you have withdrawn (W).
Application for Graduation
ALL students anticipating graduation must submit an application for graduation through WebAdvisor or fill out a degree candidacy from by the following deadlines:
- May graduation February 1 submission deadline
- August graduation June 1 submission deadline
- December graduation October 15 submission deadline
A graduation fee is billed to all degree candidates. This fee is charged whether or not the student attends the May graduation ceremony.

The class schedule will show you courses you are pre-registered for or are currently in progress.
My Profile
Your profile contains your personal student information (name, address, phone number, student ID#), advisor's name and email address, and your academic program.
