Budleigh Hall was rededicated during Homecoming 2002. During this ceremony, alumni, students and staff were able to tour the renovated building.

It is a co-ed building with common bathrooms and includes single, double, triple and quad rooms.

It has accommodations for 86 students, with a large lounge and was once the home of the Nichols Fire Department office.
