Voicemail & Phones 

Voicemail

• Each Resident Student is assigned a voicemail box
• Dial 33 from your room phone to access or setup your voicemail
• Chose either voicemail box one or two
• When prompted for a password type the temporrary password 1234
• The tutorial will talk you through setting up your name, greeting and password
• You can also check your voicemail from off campus by dialing 1-508-213-1500, then star, your extension and star, then pick voicemail box one or two, and type in your password

Phones

• Each Resident Student is assigned a phone extension
• Students have free access to local and 800 dialing from their rooms
• You must dial 9 before you dial a local or 800 number
• ECCI provides long distance phone service for Nichols students
• Students must dial 8 and use an ECCI long distance pass code before they can dial long distance
• You can sign up for long distance service by calling ECCI at 1-888-937-3224
• ECCI will provide you with a monthly long distance invoice
