Distribute literature about your company as well as meet with our students by selecting a date and time that is convenient for you. The Office of Career Services will secure a location on campus.
Recruiting:
Nichols College offers employers two recruiting options: on campus recruiting and off campus recruiting. Nichols students are well prepared for today's working environment. Our students, through hard work and perseverance achieve high levels of success in a rather short amount of time. Each student also creates an individual portfolio of the success and skills that they have acquired while at Nichols College. The success of our students begins with a very focused goal, which is outlined in Nichols' mission statement. It states, "Nichols College strives to develop tomorrow's leaders through a dynamic, career focused business education". We invite you to join us this year and discover just how prepared our students are for the world of work.
On- Campus Recruiting
Resumes of interested students are sent to you so that you may select those students you wish to interview. You will choose a date that fits your schedule and the selected students will choose a time that will fit his/her schedule for that day. Prior to the interview date, the schedule with the students names and time of interview will be sent to you. Interviews are typically 30-45 minutes in length and are conducted in the Office of Career Services.
Off-Campus Recruiting
Resumes of interested students are mailed to you periodically throughout the semester. You may contact the students directly for interviews at your location.
