Financial Aid Funds - Authorization to Hold on Account

This forms needs to be signed if you would like the excess credit from financial aid sources to be held on the student account. If this form is not signed refund checks will automatically be issued to the student.

Financial Information Release

This form allows a student to list the names of persons that they authorize Nichols College to be able to speak with or send documentation to regarding their financial account. Most students fill out this form to give authorization to spouses, parents and step-parents. Per federal law the Business Office may only speak with the student unless this form is signed.

Late Fee Appeal Form

Use this form to appeal the late payment fee. Please read the form carefully as each semester has specified dates that the form must be filed by.
