A Bachelors of Science in Business Administration requires the successful completion of 121 academic credit hours (approximately 40 courses). To specialize in Human Resource Management, students are required to complete 18 credit hours in this area of expertise.

The human resource management program focuses on the multitude of employee-related issues and challenges that confront today's organizations, including equal opportunity requirements, state and national workforce regulations, employee rights and benefits, and performance criteria and evaluation.
A multifaceted program balances specialized human resource management topics such as: recruitment practices, team building, and compensation strategies. Graduates of the program are prepared for exciting careers in numerous capacities across virtually every industry, including health care, manufacturing, government, banking, insurance, and transportation.
