The college has given you (5) five Commencement invitations. These invitations are meant as a means for graduates to invite guests. They will not be collected or considered a reservation for seating on Commencement day. Seating will be first come, first served.
CAP & GOWN PICKUP (College Bookstore, Alumni Hall, Dudley Campus)
Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, April 26 – April 30
Between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28
Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, May 3 – May 7
Between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5
Pickup between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., Saturday, May 8

COMMENCEMENT REHEARSAL
Thursday, April 29 at 3:45 p.m. in the Daniels Auditorium. All seniors should attend.
FRIDAY, MAY 7 BACCALAUREATE
5:30 p.m. - BACCALAUREATE SERVICE. All members of the Class of 2010 should be at the Commencement Tent at 5:30 p.m. in dress appropriate for the occasion. A reception for graduates, family and faculty will be held in the Reception Tent after the Baccalaureate Service.
SATURDAY, MAY 8 COMMENCEMENT
• Line Up: Student line up begins at 9:30 a.m. inside the Chalmers Field House (old gym). Please be prompt.
• Honors: Lists of those students who will receive honors at graduation will be posted on the doors of Alumni Hall and in the Chalmers Field House early on the morning of Saturday, May 8. If your name appears on the list, please report to the Chalmers Field House by 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 8, to receive your gold braid which signifies your honors designation. Please note, in order to be eligible for Commencement Honors a student must have earned at least 60 graded credits at Nichols College.
• Commencement Ceremony: 10:30 a.m. on the Softball Field.
• The line of march for Commencement will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. from Chalmers Field House.
• Reception: A reception will follow for all graduates and their invited guests immediately after the commencement ceremonies have ended.
