Nichols READS presents Frederick-Douglass Knowles
Fischer Focus Event
Public Welcome: Free Event/No Charge
As a first-year reading program, Nichols Reads asks incoming first-year students to participate in a shared reading experience. After reading the selected book, students engage in both curricular and extracurricular activities through courses such as College Writing and Professional Development Seminar. The program aims to reinforce the value of reading, foster an enjoyment of reading, and help students see others’ perspectives and the literary themes that echo in their own lives. This year, Nichols Reads presents Frederick-Douglass Knowles, Poet.
