Work-Study Program/Campus Employment
Students eligible for work-study for the 2010-2011 school year, should pick up their pink work-study packet from the Financial Aid Office on Monday, August 30, 2010. All available work-study positions for the fall semester will be posted on Road to Success beginning on August 30th. Check your Nichols College email for a message from Melissa Michalak, sent on August 19th, with additional information regarding work-study. Visit the Financial Aid website for Work-Study policies.
Campus Employment is available after September 29th to any student who has not been awarded work-study. Pick up your blue packet in the Office of Financial Aid.
On-Campus Recruiting
The Nichols College Job Search and Recruiting Programs are available to all Nichols students and alumni. Our programs include resume referral and on-campus recruiting through our web-based recruiting system Road to Success. Fall 2010 On-Campus Recruiting runs from October 4th to November 19th. Spring 2011 On-Campus Recruiting runs from February 7th to April 22nd with the exception of Spring Break, March 14th-18th.

Students interested in internship and job opportunities are encouraged to log on to Road to Success through fall and spring semesters, to view On-Campus Interview Schedules.
Interview Stream
Beginning in Fall 2010, the Office of Career Services will be implementing a new and exciting way to practice interviewing - Interview Stream - an online system designed to improve interviewing skills. Interviews are recorded using a webcam, computer and Internet access. Students can practice interviewing as much as they want! The system also allows students to share interviews with their professors or Career Services for review. Stay tuned for more details!!!
Federal Employment/Call to Serve
We are very happy to announce that Nichols College recently became a Call to Serve Member School. Call to Serve is a joint effort of the Partnership for Public Service and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management with the goal of educating college students about the importance of a strong civil service and providing you with key information about federal jobs. Road to Success 
The Office of Career Services is pleased to offer the online recruiting program, Road to Success. This program is designed to connect students and alumni with employers during the recruiting process. The system allows students to upload resumes/cover letters, search and apply for jobs and internships, and learn about each organization in the system plus much more.
