I have been a practitioner of Human Resources for over twenty years in the private sector, public sector and higher education. For the past seven years, it has been my privilege to serve as Director of Human Resources at Nichols College.
This marks my second year teaching, having taught both classroom and online courses last year. Online courses present their own challenges, so don't hesitate if you'd like telephone or in-person assistance. I earned my Master's Degree attending evening classes while working full time during the day, so I have an appreciation of adult learners. My daughter is currently a college sophomore, so I have an understanding of the parental role as well.
