Teaching Philosophy:
My business career began over 40 years ago and has provided me with a broad base of experiences in a variety of industries and organizational settings, in roles as practitioner, consultant, senior management, business founder and teacher. The ongoing successes and challenges from these experiences permit me to enhance the concepts presented in my classes with my own workplace and consulting reality. I strive to make my teaching approach varied, interesting and relevant to what you do and face in your workplace environment. Although I am semi-retired, I teach because I find it personally rewarding and professionally challenging.

Interests:
• My personal interests are broad and varied. I enjoy boating, good friends, and Broadway Shows' music.
• Professionally, I work part time as the Director of The QVCC Small Business Support Center in Danielson CT where we teach potential, new, and established entrepreneurs to successfully run their businesses.
