Director of Academic Services

Crystal Bickford, currently the Director of Academic Services and a faculty member in the English and Education departments, divides her time between the tutors and the students in the classroom. Concentrating on writing as well as on technology, she has been able to integrate these skills into many of her classes as well as the tutor training program she designed for Nichols College.

She completed her B.A. and M.A. at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and additional coursework though Boston College. She recently finished her Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Linguistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
