Admissions Requirements

Nichols accepts applications throughout the year, and there is no fee to apply online. For those students who qualify, federal student aid is available.

There are two simple ways to apply to Nichols College:

Whichever application method you choose, here’s everything you'll need:

1. Official high school transcripts.
Transcripts should include at least one set of marking period grades for your senior year.

2. Official SAT, ACT or TOEFL (if international) scores.
You may obtain a copy of your test scores from either the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) of the College Entrance Examination Board or the American College Testing (ACT) of the American College Testing Program. You should take one of these tests early in your senior year or in the spring or summer of your junior year of high school. To have your scores sent directly to Nichols College, enter our code as 3666 for SAT tests or 1878 for ACT tests. International students must earn a score of 550 or higher on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

3. One letter of recommendation.
Send at least one academic recommendation, preferably from a guidance counselor or teacher.

4. A personal essay.
This document allows you to demonstrate your writing style and tell us a little bit about you.

5. A completed application form, along with an application fee of $25.
This fee is waived if you submit your application online.
