Paul Brower

As the Assistant Dean for Enrollment, my role is help ensure our entire admission staff is committed to assisting our prospective students as they explore Nichols College in their college search process, from their first visit here to their first day as a Bison.

Working with many students and families over the years, what continues to impress me about Nichols is how people form lasting relationships here. I find myself staying in touch with alumni and their families for years after graduation—almost as if they have become a part of my extended family.

And it’s amazing to see where our students go after graduation and all of the things they accomplish in their professional lives. I truly feel that Nichols does an amazing job transforming our students into successful professionals and confident leaders, and launching great careers. And that’s why I feel being in admissions here has been such fulfilling work.

Nichols truly is an outstanding place, and the students who choose to attend are making a great decision. I look forward to helping all our prospective students and their families. And I hope we’ve created a supportive college search experience, complete with a whole team of people who are by your side and ready to help.
