You don’t need to be admitted to a degree program to start taking classes, but we recommend beginning your application process as soon as you’ve decided to pursue a degree at Nichols. Once accepted, you’ll be assigned an academic advisor to support you in planning out your coursework. You’ll also be eligible for Federal Student Aid.

Your application to Nichols College will be evaluated as soon as your application file is complete. Here’s what you’ll need to submit:

Certificate, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree

  • A complete undergraduate application
  • A one-time $25.00 non-refundable application fee (waived for online applications)
  • One letter of recommendation
  • Official high school transcript or GED certificate
  • Official college transcripts from any accredited colleges you have attended

Graduate degree

  • A complete graduate application
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Your current resume
  • Official college transcripts covering all prior undergraduate academic work
  • an 800-word personal statement answering the following questions:
    1. What do you hope to gain from a Nichols MBA?
    2. How do you see yourself contributing to the program?
    3. In what area do you plan to concentrate and why?

Students whose undergraduate cumulative grade point average is between 2.0 and 2.499 may be admitted on a provisional status. A grade of “B” or higher must be achieved in each of your first three MBA courses, or admission will be denied.
